Baby: Meet three couples who are facing the brave new world of parenthood in humorous and poignant fashion when Baby continues this week with shows at 7:30pm Thursday through Saturday, and 2pm Sunday, at the Bellingham Theatre Guild, 1600 H St. The musical examines how parents-to-be experience the emotional stresses and triumphs, as well as the desperate lows and the comic highs, that accompany the anticipation and arrival of a baby. Calendar Girls: Attend performances of Calendar Girls at 7:30pm Thursday through Saturday, and 2pm Sunday, at the Anacortes Community Theatre, 918 M Ave. Based on a true story and the hit movie of the same name, the play tells the tale of Annie and her friends who, following the death of Annie's husband, resolve to raise money for the local hospital by posing nude for a fundraising calendar. Les Miserables: BAAY Pro, a new and advanced division of Bellingham Arts Academy for Youth, will present showings of the musical Les Miserables at 7pm Friday, 2pm and 7pm and Saturday, and 12pm Sunday at BAAY Theatre, 1059 N. State St. The school edition of the play takes the audience on an exciting journey through revolutionary France, where a number of young idealists put their lives on the line for what they believe in. Mary Poppins: Watch what happens when a magical nanny comes to work for a banker's family and takes them on fantastical adventures when Disney's Mary Poppins concludes this week with performances at 7pm Friday and Saturday, and 1:30pm and 7pm Sunday, at Lynden Christian High School, 515 Drayton St. Tickets to see the Broadway musical are $6-$10. more »

Chocolate Pop-Up Lounge: Special discounted chocolate and tastings will take place from 2-4pm daily through Valentine's Day at the Evolve Chocolate Pop-up Lounge, 1313 N. Rabbit Ride: Join members of the Mount Baker Bicycle Club for a "Rabbit Ride" starting at 8:30am every Sunday at Fairhaven Bike, 1108 11th St. The 32-mile route takes riders down Chuckanut and back via Lake Samish. The group also holds weekly rides Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. more »
