Bellingham is a town with a sweet tooth, and the number of places that cater to our collective sweet spot is as generous as the sizes of the cakes, scones, cookies and other baked goods they offer. While the competition in this category was hard-fought, one locale did emerge the clear winner, and that's the Mount Bakery. As anyone who has been inside the homey restaurant and checked out its display case is well aware, much deliciousness is to be found inside. Not too sweet, but definitely flavorful, everything that comes out of their tiny kitchen is nothing short of mouth-watering.
