Best Fast Food:
After being stranded on Lummi Island for a handful of extra hours last weekend thanks to gale-force winds, my honey and I were famished by the time we finally made it off the rock. "Boomers?" I asked as the Subaru cruised into Bellingham. He nodded his assent, and before long we were back at home with thick burgers, just-right waffle fries and a blackberry shake (to split). It was fast, true, but it was also delicious.
